Refund policy
At Urgency Legacy, we stand behind every product we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns We accept returns within 15 days of the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
Exchanges We gladly accept exchanges for a different size or color within 15 days of delivery. To request an exchange, contact us at dkincy2@verizon.net and we will make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
- Final sale items
- Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
Refund Process Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
