My Story
My name is Darryl Kincy. For years I have worked as a youth coach, mentor, counselor, and motivational speaker — with one mission: helping young men become strong men. Future leaders. Men who show up, stand up, and leave something behind that matters.
I have sat across from boys who had every reason to quit and watched them choose not to. I have seen what happens when a young man finally understands his identity, his purpose, and the weight of his potential. That is what Urgency-Legacy is about.
Every design in this collection carries a message I believe in. The Cross Strong hoodie. The EGO piece that redefines a word the world got wrong. The Toxic Man collection that reclaims strength in a culture trying to shame it. The Came From Nothing design inspired by a real conversation with a real fighter who went from nothing to a WBC belt.
